Job Description:

As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs. There's potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs. Qualifications and Key Attributes: Well groomed and presentable. Very organized. Ability to prioritize. Ability to think ahead. Excellent communication skills, including a pleasant and professional phone manner. Problem solving ability. Ability to be perceptive to guest's needs. Ability to deal positive in stressful situations and remain calm. High level of attention to detail. Able to take direction. Able to deal with compliments and guest concerns with the support of management. Key Responsibilities: ? Clean/wipe down bar area counters, furniture, and tabletops ? Wash glasses and dishes ? Handle drink spills and broken glassware ? Restock and replenish liquor, garnishes, and bar supplies ? Change beer kegs ?
