Job Title: Permanent Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

• Provide high-quality care in a Level IV NICU, including coverage at other hospitals in the system.
• Manage high-acuity cases and demonstrate readiness to handle complex neonatal conditions.
• Rotate among three hospitals within a 20-30 minute driving distance, ensuring optimal care across all units.
• Work in 24-hour shifts in Level III units and flexible shifts in Level IV based on operational needs.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to excellence in neonatal care.
• Bring insight and innovation to improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

• Master s Degree in Nursing and/or Doctorate in Nursing (required).
• NNP Board Certification (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications).
• Minimum of 2 years of current experience as a NNP (not including RN experience).
• Current NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days, active).
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start).

• Must hold a Florida Nursing License (or willing to obtain).
• NNP - Board Certified (required).
