• Sourcing & Strategy:
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including contingency plans, aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct RFPs, lead supplier negotiations, and manage high-spend complex procurement projects.
  • Research and analyze market trends and data to create cost models and support negotiation strategies.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management:
    • Build and maintain supplier relationships to enhance performance in cost, service, and innovation.
    • Oversee supplier onboarding and quarterly cost management within RBI's system.
    • Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to achieve key metrics.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:
      • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Quality Assurance, Innovation, and Supply Chain to support business growth and new product launches.
      • Serve as the procurement lead in cross-functional meetings to provide sourcing recommendations and identify supply risks.
      • Support franchisees with supply chain setup during market entries, including onboarding suppliers and preparing menu products.
      • Process Improvement & Analytics:
        • Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuously improve procurement processes.
        • Provide in-depth analytical support for procurement projects using advanced data analysis and financial modeling.
        • Ensure compliance with corporate sustainability commitments and industry regulations.Qualifications & Skills
          • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred.
          • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related functions.
          • Strong analytical skills with expertise in researching, interpreting data, and financial modeling.
          • Demonstrated ability to lead sourcing initiatives and manage supplier relationships.
          • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
          • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
          • Experience with SAP ERP or similar systems is a plus.
          • Knowledge of the QSR, retail, food processing, or CPG industries is preferred.
