Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Healthcare
Interoperability & Payer Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-departmental transformation programs,
ensuring alignment with strategic plans and regulatory
requirements
Oversee project managers and teams, managing program performance
related to timing, budget, and scope quality
Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage program
financials, ensuring transparency and resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8 years of related experience, including 3+ years managing complex
cross-departmental programs
Experience in leading strategic and transformation programs within
a healthcare payer environment
Proven ability to manage program budgets exceeding $1M
Experience with end-to-end program management and Agile delivery
methodologies
